Ryan Roberts is a partner and represents high-growth companies and venture capitalists involved in a wide variety of technologies. His practice ranges from the formation of new startup companies through venture capital financings and acquisitions. Ryan also represents venture capital funds in investment transactions. His clients are located throughout the world, including California, New York, India, the EU and the Middle East.

Ryan is author of Amazon best-selling book Acceleration: What All Entrepreneurs Must Know About Startup Law and the well-known startup blog “Startup Lawyer“.
