G. Mack Zimmerman II is a partner whose practice focuses on corporate and real estate transactions. He advises companies on entity structure, corporate governance, and equity and debt financings, as well as a range of commercial and strategic transactions across the business lifecycle.
Mack has represented companies on both the buy‑side and sell‑side of corporate transactions, including matters involving private capital and institutional investors, and regularly advises on complex financing and transactional structures.
He also represents developers, lenders, and other real estate participants in sophisticated real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, development matters, and leasing transactions, and advises individuals and families on estate structuring and advance planning in connection with business ownership and succession.
